Your school’s Microsoft settings don’t let users approve third-party apps themselves, so the first person to sign in to Nurture Signal with Microsoft, and everyone after them, is stopped at an Approval required screen.

It isn’t caused by the join link, the code or the session. One tenant-wide admin consent grant by your Microsoft 365 or Entra administrator clears it for the whole school. Our admin consent guide walks them through it.

In the meantime, allow guest students so the class can join with just their names.
