Usually the school’s web filter is blocking Signal on the student network. Staff and student traffic often have different filtering policies, so Signal can work on staff Wi-Fi and spin forever on student devices.

Ask IT to allow Nurture’s addresses on both the staff and student policies. The allowlisting guide lists them for each region; every one sits under gonurture.com. Signal uses HTTPS on port 443 only.

If Signal loads but live sessions drop, exempting Nurture’s addresses from SSL inspection is the first thing to try.

If students are stuck on a sign-in screen rather than blocked, see the guide to students who can’t join.
