Getting started and joining
Yes. Signal works in the web browser on any modern device: iPads, Chromebooks, Windows and Mac laptops, and phones. There’s no app to install.
On an iPad or phone, students can add Signal to their Home Screen from the browser’s share menu. It then opens full screen, like an app.
The student screens are designed for small, touch screens, and students can make the text bigger if they need to. For file upload questions, students can take a photo with the device’s camera.
