Running sessions
Partly. In a Live Quiz you decide which questions are open. Opening a question doesn’t close the ones before it, so you can open the next question while some students are still answering. Each student moves on to the next open question once they’ve answered, and students who are still answering finish their current question first.
So fast finishers don’t have to sit waiting: open the next question, or two, when most of the class has answered.
For a fully self-paced activity, use an Assessment instead. Every question is open from the start and students work through them in their own time.
