Why photo or document uploads work best for subjects like Chemistry and Maths that need subscripts, superscripts, and worked steps.

Subjects like Chemistry and Maths often need notation that’s hard to type: subscripts, superscripts, symbols, and worked steps. Typing answers straight into Nurture isn’t ideal for this.
Our recommendation for these subjects: have students upload photos of their handwritten work, or upload a document, rather than typing into the single text box. That way they can show notation and working exactly as they’d write it on paper.
