Installing Nurture on Teams

Installing Nurture in Microsoft Teams is quick: you add it as a tab in your Teams channel. Once it’s installed for you as a teacher, it’s automatically available to every student already in that team. Your students don’t need to install anything themselves.

Steps

1. In the Teams channel where you want Nurture, click the plus (+) symbol at the top of the channel and select Add a tab.
2. Choose Apps from the options (you’ll see add a new page, an existing page, or apps).
3. In the search bar, type Nurture and select it.
4. A short “getting started” pop-up from Nurture will appear. Click Save.
5. Nurture is now installed as a tab in your Teams channel, under Nurture. Open it and click Let’s Get Started to set it up for your classroom.

Good to know: because installing it for yourself installs it for the whole team, all the students already in your class get access automatically. There’s nothing for them to do to install it.
