My uploaded rubric wasn't properly used in grading

If you uploaded a rubric or mark scheme and the grading doesn’t seem to reflect it, here are the things to check:

1. Make sure the rubric was attached in the right place for grading, not just dropped into the chat as general context.
2. Check the task is set as a graded task.
3. Try asking the grading Nurture AI Assistant to re-check the work against the mark scheme.
