Create a group and add sessions to it
Set up a group to organise your sessions, then file sessions into it as you create them.
Updated 14 July 2026
Groups let you gather related sessions in one place, so you can find them quickly and see everyone who has taken part.
When to use it: When you run sessions with the same class or cohort over time and want them kept together.
Steps
- Open Groups from the top of your dashboard.
- Select Create Group.
- In Group name, type a name (for example, “Workshop cohort”).
- Select Create group.
- To add sessions, open the group and select Create Session. The new session is filed into that group automatically.
- You can also file a session in as you build it: in the create-session panel, use the Group (optional) picker and choose your group.
Tip: A group only needs a name to get started, and only you can create groups for your sessions. If you have no groups yet, the Group picker stays hidden until you make your first one.
