Nurture Signal plans: Standard and Premium
What each plan includes and which features need Premium.
Updated 14 July 2026
Every account is on one of two plans. This page explains what each includes.
When to use it: When you want to know which features you have, or what Premium adds.
Standard
This is the default plan. You can create sessions and use the core tools for running them with your participants. Premium-only features appear marked with a gold crown, but you cannot switch them on.
Premium
Premium unlocks the crown-marked features. The first of these is personalised feedback on quiz assessments: after participants submit, Nurture AI writes each of them short feedback on every answer, shown in place of the plain explanation.
In the session settings you will see the toggle Give participants personalised feedback with a gold Premium feature crown. On a Standard account it reads: “A premium feature. Upgrade to let Nurture AI give each participant personalised feedback on their answers, written from what they picked and why.”
Tip: Premium is applied to your account by a Nurture administrator, either to you directly or to your whole organisation (which lifts everyone in it). There is no self-serve upgrade button, and no cap on how many sessions you can run.
